Chief Executive Officer
Rick Noble was appointed CEO of ATP in June 2017. Rick has more than 35 years’ experience across data, content and software companies with a history of creating growth and improving customer satisfaction through product and service enhancements, digital transformation, new product development, and acquisitions. He has led several high growth organizations over the course of his career including as CEO of Triumph Learning and Haights Cross Communications, CEO of Blackboard Engage, CEO of Medical Media Holdings, and President & CEO of Thomson Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto, and he has completed executive education at UCLA and Harvard.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ken Aubrey leads all aspects of the company related to revenue generation, including Sales, Marketing and Business Development. As a high performing Sales Executive, Ken is recognized for transitioning high tech organizations into profitable, publicly owned companies. He has a proven track record of performance in creating highly motivated sales teams dedicated to achieving exceptional results by exceeding sales targets, driving increased revenue and market share. With over 25 years leadership experience, Ken excels at turning around underperforming business units, and leading businesses consistently to sales excellence with double digit growth year over year.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris is responsible for overseeing all of ATP’s customer-facing operations, including reference content management, professional services, and customer technical support services, as well as all day-to-day operating activities for the Diagnostic and Reliability Services (DRS) Business Unit in Toronto. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for CaseBank Technologies, and brings 25 years of experience in delivering successful customer engagements that result in long-term business relationships. Prior to ATP and CaseBank, Chris was the General Manager and SVP of Business Development at Atlantis Systems International, where he gained more than a decade of engineering and management experience working on commercial and military training programs. A licensed professional engineer, he graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science (Aerospace). Chris is a licensed private pilot, and also served as a Canadian Forces Reservist in a combat engineer regiment for five years.
Chief Financial Officer
David Wittenkamp leads ATP's finance and HR teams. During his career in both the US and Europe he has been deeply involved in technology transformation ventures ranging from digital imaging over advanced telephony and big data actionable analytics. David has co-founded two successful companies of his own, building another four, and executed three very successful liquidity events. He is passionate about innovation, and execution and building international businesses. In addition to emerging companies he has worked at great enterprises including Ford, Motorola, IBM, EMC, Nokia, and Ericsson. He has headed up sales and marketing, done business development, software engineering, and manufacturing, and of course lots of finance, HR, and legal work. Born and raised in Denmark, doing business in Europe and Asia, and having lived in Silicon Valley since 1997, David is a well versed citizen of both tech and the world. He earned his Masters in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and served in the Danish armed forces earning the rank of Major. When not working he is a lifelong sailor and downhill skier.
Senior Vice President of Strategy
Phil D'Eon leads ATP’s corporate strategy and planning initiatives. An industry veteran and visionary, Phil was the driving force behind the development of ATP’s hybrid reasoning technology and flagship product, the SpotLight® Interactive Troubleshooting Solution, among other innovations. His aerospace experience spans 35 years — in roles ranging from hands-on aircraft maintenance to technology solution development to executive management. Phil co-founded CaseBank Technologies Inc. (acquired by ATP in 2016), where he also served as President and Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he co-founded Atlantis Aerospace Corporation in 1978 and grew the global enterprise focused on maintenance and flight simulators for the aerospace industry. Today he continues to serve on several aerospace industry committees focused on developing future technologies and solution architectures.
