We would like to take this opportunity to introduce theAircraftCentricity™ Service, our latest innovation. We justannounced this at EBACE 2017 where it received anoverwhelmingly positive reception —the industry is asexcited as we are about the potential for this to transformthe way that MROs and maintenance professionals will dotheir jobs.
Here is the high-level overview to this new approach inmanaging and accessing information: The Aircraft Centricityservice enables maintenance professionals to work moreproductively, faster and accurately than ever before byconsolidating and organizing all maintenance-relatedinformation with a single tail number search. Soessentially, you perform a single search for a specificaircraft and we pull all of the information available fromthe ATP Aviation Hub™ cloud application related to thataircraft for you. That can include everything frommanufacturer service manuals and parts catalogs, servicebulletins, airworthiness directives and regulatoryinformation, due lists, to maintenance and compliancetracking history and forecasting.
As you know, maintenance professionals have been requiredto spend an enormous amount of time gathering, organizing, and reviewing all of this information before they even touchan aircraft. And obviously, it’s critical that they’reworking with the correct and most current informationavailable so this will help them not only optimize theirvaluable billing time, but also drive greater industrysafety and regulatory compliance.
In fact, the concept is something that people in theindustry have been envisioning for years. It was a kind ofultimate “wish list” item: “Wouldn’t it be great ifwe could just type in a tail number and bring up all of theinformation relevant to a specific aircraft?”
We’ve come a long way in a short period of time andthere’s still much more we want to accomplish. ATP’smarket position as the hub connecting maintenance providers,owner/operators and manufacturers uniquely positions us tohelp the industry evolve and operate more efficiently andeffectively through better information solutions. This alsoincludes our data collection and expertise, deeprelationships with leading aviation manufacturers andprofessionals, and of course our cloud platform, which isthe underlying technology that enables us to integrate itall into a single, customized view.
Our product and engineering teams have been working hardto make this newest innovation a reality. But again, we’renot resting but are keeping our foot on the gas andcontinually asking ourselves, “How can we make life easierfor our customers? What are they spending time on in theirday-to-day tasks? How can we streamline their jobs and addeven more value?”
And so while the Aircraft Centricity service is ourlatest innovation, we will continue to drive the industryforward by being customer-centric. Thank you again for yourcontinued support.
