Document Processor
The Document Processor is responsible and accountable for the timely and accurate incorporation of new content (new publications and revisions to existing publications) in ATP Regulatory Library and Maintenance Library content repositories. The Document Processor is expected to process incoming content in paper and electronic formats.
Product Assembler
The Product Assembler (the Assembler) assembles the packages that ship to our customers in fulfillment of disc, fiche and paper product orders and revisions. The Assembler works mostly in a team effort to complete bulk, batch revisions on a planned, scheduled basis. The Assembler is expected to work cooperatively with other Assemblers work as a team to organize, divide and optimize workloads and tasks to meet schedules and completion commitments. The Assembler is also expected to be attentive to detail and careful in performance of duties to ensure accuracy of assembly and packaging.
Programmer/Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst / Developer is responsible for providing efficient, effective and reliable applications to ATP users and in support of ATP business processes. Applications within the scope of responsibility for this position include the subscription management and accounting system, the sales support system, the publishing operations support systems and various other spot applications.
Systems & Network Administrator
The Systems and Network Administrator (Windows) is responsible for design, operation, maintenance, administration and support of Windows-based servers, desktops / laptops, network, storage and other technology platforms that are the core of ATP operations. The Systems and Network Administrator (Windows) also participates in planning, sourcing, designing, implementation and recommendation of new systems, system components and technologies as needed by or as advantageous to ATP.
