By leveraging the advanced Single Sign On(SSO) capabilities of the ATPAviation Hub™ cloud solution, MD Helicopters’customers will now experience improved accessibility to themaintenance-related information required to keep aircraftsafe and airworthy, as well as increased productivity andspeed of repair times, among other benefits.
The enhanced portal provides MD Helicopters’ customerswith a wide range of value added services including ATP’ssoftware as a service (SaaS) solution, which enablesowner/operators and maintenance providers to seamlesslymanage all of their end-to-end maintenance processes from aunified platform. Through the partnership, MD Helicopters’customers will also be supported by ATP’s world-classcustomer service center and the company’s deep experiencein aviation maintenance, operations, and regulatoryinformation.
For MD Helicopters’ customers—includingowner/operators, service centers, and maintenanceplanners—changes to the MyMD.aero portal, launched at HAIHeli-Expo 2016, will be seamless. Customers will continue toconveniently log in using MD Helicopters’ current sign-in page and connectdirectly to the ATP Aviation Hub platform’s advanced toolsand functionality.

ATP has recently expanded the Aviation Hub applicationplatform to become an integrated “smart content"suite of services. With this expansion, mission criticalinformation is automatically integrated into previouslydisconnected, and time-intensive maintenance workflows. As aresult, customers experience dramatic boosts inproductivity, cost savings, and time-to-repair, while alsoimproving safety and compliance.
Among the many benefits of the enhanced portal, MDHelicopters’ customers will greatly boost accessibilitythrough ATP’snew mobile application. The ATP mobile app – which canbe operated on smart phones, tablets, and laptops that runon Windows, iOS, or Android platforms – provides userswith convenient online and offline access to missioncritical maintenance, operating, and regulatorycontent. The mobile app will give MD Helicopters’customers anywhere/anytime access to valuable maintenanceinformation and related publications; including productupdates, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and ServiceBulletins (SBs).
