Foreign Carrier Certification

ATP is a Qualified Certification Consultancy (QCC) recognized on the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) website. The FAA has found ATP to be qualified to assist air carrier applicants in preparing for the Part 121 air carrier certification process.2

The QCC confirms and validates our core competencies with the FAA which relates to our diligence and understanding of Certification of Foreign Carriers under 14 CFR Part 129. Our certification professionals guide foreign airlines through the myriad of FAA and Department of Transportation (DOT) applications and requirements to receive Part 129 Operations Specifications.

We are experts in IATA’s IOSA program. We have prepared airlines to meet IOSA standards, both in their documentation and performance of operations. While we are not an IOSA Audit Organization, our team of industry professionals clearly understands the IOSA standards as part of the airline's Internal Evaluation and Safety Management Program.

The ICAPSM Safety and Compliance App is a web-based, hosted service designed to assist air carriers in responding to IOSA’s audit checklists. The ICAP App is designed for air carriers to analyze their documentation and manuals related to the checklists and to manage the reporting in IOSA format; to enable tasking of remedial action when required; to assist in internal collaboration on documentation related to safety and compliance; and to allow collaboration between the air carrier and the Audit Organization if opted.

We believe our certification expertise, combined with state-of-the-art aviation compliance and conformance software is a perfect solution for US Certification and any foreign airline's safety initiatives. We would be pleased to schedule an online demonstration of our ICAP App and professional services at your convenience.
