New relationship enhances ATP’s full suite of troubleshooting and reliability solutions with HICO’s IT consulting, tool provisioning, systems integration, and support services capabilities.
MISSISSAUGA, CANADA and VIENNA, AUSTRIA – July 24, 2019 – ATP Software Solutions, the leading provider of troubleshooting, reliability, and defect trend analysis solutions, announced today that it has entered into a partnership agreement with HICO-ICS, a leading provider of enterprise IT-solutions for industry, authorities, and communities, with offices in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada.
With this partnership, the two companies will be able to improve overall performance and service to customers. It also provides the opportunity to offer best in class solutions from HICO’s Integrated Product Support (IPS) portfolio and ATP Software Solution´s Trouble-Shooting/Diagnostic-Databases, from a single source.
