Today, ATP offers three compliance tools that are available to both ATP Aviation Hub library subscribers and non-subscribers. “They are built into the Aviation Hub, so even if you don’t have a library subscription you get these Hub tools,” said ATP’s Bob Jones, managing editor of the AskBob™ Online Community.

All three tools were designed to work with subscriber libraries, but non-subscribers can use the basic tools, as well. All you need to do is set up a free ATP Aviation Hub account on the ATP website.

The Profile & Compliance tool

This tool allows you to create a profile of the components on your aircraft and then track compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) for each component. Creating an aircraft profile is simple and enables other valuable features. Just enter some basic details for the airframe, engine(s), propeller(s) and appliances on your aircraft.

“You can add any component you want to track using simple drop-down menus to quickly select the manufacturer, model, and other necessary information,” said Jones. “You also can add custom components to match the “as-maintained” configuration of the aircraft.”

Once a profile has been created, just enter the name you assigned to the profile into the search box in the “My Library” tab to quickly find all content in your ATP Library subscription that is related to your aircraft.

The ATP Aviation Hub application automatically works with your ATP Library subscriptions to build a list of ADs and SBs related to the components in the aircraft profile. Maintenance professionals enter the compliance information for each AD and SB. With the click of a button, the ATP Aviation Hub automatically adds newly released ADs and SBs to your compliance tracking report. Non-subscribers can manually enter ADs and SBs they wish to track compliance on.

Compliance reports are stored in the cloud and can be accessed by any computer connected to the internet. Reports can be updated and printed or delivered electronically. They also can be exported for saving in PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel formats.
