We would like to take this opportunity to introduce the Aircraft Centricity™ Service, our latest innovation. We just announced this at EBACE 2017 where it received an overwhelmingly positive reception —the industry is as excited as we are about the potential for this to transform the way that MROs and maintenance professionals will do their jobs.
A High-Level Overview of The Aircraft Centricity Service
The Aircraft Centricity service enables maintenance professionals to work more productively, faster and accurately than ever before by consolidating and organizing all maintenance-related information with a single tail number search. Essentially, you perform a single search for a specific aircraft and we pull all of the information available from the ATP Aviation Hub™ cloud application related to that aircraft for you. That can include everything from manufacturer service manuals and parts catalogues, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and regulatory information, duelists, to maintenance and compliance tracking history and forecasting.
As you know, maintenance professionals have been required to spend an enormous amount of time gathering, organizing, and reviewing all of this information before they even touch an aircraft. It’s critical that they’re working with the correct and most current information available so this will help them not only optimize their valuable billing time but also drive greater industry safety and regulatory compliance.
In fact, the concept is something that people in the industry have been envisioning for years. It was a “wish list” item:
“Wouldn’t it be great if we could just type in a tail number and bring up all of the information relevant to a specific aircraft?”
Making Innovation a Reality With ATP’s Information Solution
We’ve come a long way in a short period of time and there’s still much more we want to accomplish. ATP’s market position as the hub connecting maintenance providers, owner/operators and manufacturers uniquely positions us to help the industry evolve and operate more efficiently and effectively through better information solutions. This also includes our data collection and expertise, deep relationships with leading aviation manufacturers and professionals, and of course our cloud platform, which is the underlying technology that enables us to integrate it all into a single, customized view.
Our product and engineering teams have been working hard to make this newest innovation a reality. But again, we’re not resting but are keeping our foot on the gas and continually asking ourselves, “How can we make life easier for our customers? What are they spending time on in their day-to-day tasks? How can we streamline their jobs and add even more value?”
And so while the Aircraft Centricity service is our latest innovation, we will continue to drive the industry forward by being customer-centric. Thank you again for your continued support.
