Rick Noble

Chief Executive Officer

Rick Noble was appointed CEO of ATP in June 2017, and has served on the company’s Board since October 2016. Rick has more than 35 years’ experience across data, content and software companies with a history of creating growth and improving customer satisfaction through product and service enhancements, digital transformation, new product development, and acquisitions. He has led several market leading digital publishing organizations over the course of his career, holding positions that include CEO of Triumph Learning and Haights Cross Communications, CEO of Blackboard Engage, CEO of Medical Media Holdings, and President & CEO of Thomson Healthcare. His non-executive Board roles have included NewsBank, Planet Cancer and Gold Standard Multimedia. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto and has completed executive education at UCLA and Harvard.
 

Thomas Lim

Chief Financial Officer

Tommy has more than 25 years of financial management and accounting experience across public, private, and investor-backed companies. Additionally, he has experience in international operations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP systems across multiple industries including software, biotechnology, professional services, and financial services. Before joining ATP in December 2017, Tommy was VP Finance and Principal Accounting Officer at Alfresco Software Inc. in San Mateo, California. Prior to Alfresco, Tommy was CFO, VP Finance & Corporate Secretary at TigerLogic Corp. in Mountain View and Irvine, CA, and before that he was Director of Finance & Corporate Controller at WageWorks in San Mateo, CA. He began his career as an Auditor for Grant Thornton. Tommy has an MBA and BS in Accounting and Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, and is a California licensed CPA (inactive).
 

Mike Profit

Chief Product Officer

Dr. Profit serves as Chief Product Officer, where he leads all aspects of Product Management across the ATP and CaseBank product portfolios. Before joining ATP/Casebank, Mike was Chief Product and Service Officer at WorkWave, an industry leader in field service management software. Prior to WorkWave, Mike was VP of Product Development at Systech, an anti-counterfeiting and supply chain software company and a General Manager for Symantec, where he led the growth of Symantec’s global partner business for website security product lines. He has held senior product roles in small and large software companies in the US and the UK where he focused and delivered on operational efficiencies, product management processes and bridging the gap between software concept and commercially successful solutions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology, both from the University of London in the UK.
 

Phil D'Eon

Chief Strategy Officer

Phil D'Eon leads ATP’s corporate strategy and planning initiatives. An industry veteran and visionary, Phil was the driving force behind the development of ATP’s hybrid reasoning technology and flagship product, the SpotLight® Interactive Troubleshooting Solution, among other innovations. His aerospace experience spans 35 years — in roles ranging from hands-on aircraft maintenance to technology solution development to executive management. Phil co-founded CaseBank Technologies Inc. (acquired by ATP in 2016), where he also served as President and Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he co-founded Atlantis Aerospace Corporation in 1978 and grew the global enterprise focused on maintenance and flight simulators for the aerospace industry. Today he continues to serve on several aerospace industry committees focused on developing future technologies and solution architectures.
 

Mark Langley

Chief Technology Officer

Mark was a co-founder of CaseBank and architect of its SpotLight product family. He led software development, product design, and technical sales support as the company grew, culminating as VP R&D overseeing all technical and personnel aspects of CaseBank software development. As CTO, Mark sets the technical vision, roadmap, and requirements for ATP's product offerings. He enjoys discovering and evaluating technical solutions to business needs and fostering technical excellence throughout the company's operations. Mark studied Engineering Science (Aerospace option) at University of Toronto and regularly tests thrust vs. drag on his road bike (drag always wins).
 

Saima Shaukat

Chief Revenue Officer

Saima was most recently CRO for TechCanary, a SaaS InsurTech company offering an insurance platform on Salesforce. Saima led the effort in developing the go-to-market strategy, establishing and expanding into new markets for TechCanary’s platform, and growing revenue by 3X. Prior to joining TechCanary, Saima enjoyed 13 years of progressive experience at Salesforce from 2005 to 2018, where she was consistently placed in entrepreneurial high-growth divisions within the company. Most recently, as GM and Vice-President Financial Services, she created the Financial Services Team in Canada and then subsequently grew revenue 300% over her tenure. Saima has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Minor in Computer Science from McGill University in Montréal.
 

James Geneau

Chief Marketing Officer

James joined the company in May from Benbria, a company offering a SaaS platform designed to help small and medium size businesses and enterprise brands enhance their customer’s experiences. Prior to Benbria, James held leading marketing roles at multiple companies in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean, including Simply Hired, Benecaid, and Morneau Shepell. He began his career at Dow Chemical. James has a BA from Concordia University in Montréal and has completed executive education in Marketing at both the University of Toronto and the Edinburgh (Scotland) School of Business.
