May 14, 2010 – CaseBank clients are excited about SpotLight’s new image based diagnostics. With its simple click-through interface, technicians can start troubleshooting a fault by selecting images displayed exactly as they appear on the equipment being serviced.

For example, you might drill down through the individual components of an engine modeled on screen, or pick a specific gauge that is acting up from a wraparound cockpit display. Of course, you can easily switch to SpotLight’s standard question-driven diagnostics at any point in the session. A valuable addition to SpotLight, the new image diagnostics are an exciting development for CaseBank and our clients.
